GALLERY: West Sussex schools celebrate book day

PUPILS at schools across the area dressed up as their favourite characters to celebrate Book Day.

Featured Book Day events are at Lyndhurst First School, West Park CofE School, and Springfield First School at Davison High School, all in Worthing; Manor Hall Middle School in Southwick; Upper Beeding Primary School and St Catherine's Catholic Primary School in Littlehampton.

Youngsters dressed up for the day and at Sandhurst School pupils from each year group gave a presentation to the rest of the school and acted out scenes from their chosen stories.
