Organised by Friends of Marlipins Museum, the talk is open to all. Entry is £3, £2 for Friends and money raised will go towards funds to repair the leaking roof of the 12th century building.
The talk starts at 12.30pm in the upstairs gallery. Entry is via the side door in Middle Street.
The Friends are also been hosting coffee mornings during April, every Friday from 10.30am to 12pm, also in the upstairs gallery.
Rombouts coffee and biscuit £1.50, tea or hot chocolate and biscuit £1.
Friends treasurer Liza McKinney said: “Reasonable prices and a relaxed, happy atmosphere. Everyone welcome. It is hosted by the Friends and all funds go to care and repair of the museum.”
