THE people of Adur went to the polls on Thursday, to vote in the local and European elections.

Shoreham reporter Joe Riddle joined Worthing reporters Oli Poole and Dan Cain at Friday’s count, held at the Lancing Leisure Centre, with all the results Tweeted and published live to www.worthingherald.co.uk and www.shorehamherald.co.uk as they were announced.

Adur District Council chairman Mike Mendoza and leader Neil Parkin were voted in for further terms of office.
