OWNERS who enjoy nice quiet country walks would be ideal for Stanley.
The two-year-old male Yorkshire terrier is small and active boy, and travels well in the car, so driving to walking places will not be a problem.
Dogs Trust said: “The type of home that will suit Stanley best would be an adult-only one where he can be the only pet, so he can have all the attention to himself.
“A garden is a must so he can run and play off lead - he also likes to sunbathe!”
When out on his walks Stanley is more interested in checking out all the smells but when indoors, is much more cuddly and enjoys a fuss from human friends.
The charity added: “He loves playing with his soft teddies and enjoys munching on tasty bones.”
Stanley is a very bright dog and has his own trainer at Dogs Trust. She would be happy to introduce new owners who would like to meet Stanley.
