The entrance to flats in Rectory Road, Worthing has been blocked off by police today (April 9), with a police car and officer stationed outside. The incident is believed to be serious. Part of the site is under construction due to the flats being involved in a serious fire in 2018. Sussex Police said it would provide an update 'in due course'.
