Police are investigating the theft of a go-kart from Steyning Leisure Centre, but believe it may now have been sold on or dumped in the local area.

PC John Burt said: “We believe the stolen go-kart may have been re-painted green or blue. It was last seen being ridden north on Wyckham Lane, Steyning on Wednesday (August 12) by two, as yet unidentified men.

“The leisure centre would very much like to see it returned, as many young children have been disappointed over the school holidays having made bookings to use it.”
