Sussex Police said it responded to reports of a suspected arson in Bulkington Avenue, Worthing, at about 9.50pm last night (June 9). Officers discovered minor damage to a vehicle and a property in the road, and no injuries were reported. A 17-year-old boy from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life and possession of an offensive weapon in public and a 20-year-old man from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, police said. Both suspects remain in police custody and an investigation has been launched.A police spokesman said: “Anyone with any information is asked to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 1465 of 09/06.”
