Luke Sperling, 27, of Woodlea Road, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on January 27, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jolanta Biala, 55, of Ripon Court, Pevensey Garden, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on January 10, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Floyd Bryan, 59, of Cissbury Avenue, Findon Valley, was fined £146 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Shoreham on December 18, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Steve Goulding, 59, of Old Shoreham Road, Southwick, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on Janaury 15, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Clive Keeble, 67, of Westgate Court, Goring, was fined £84 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Shipley on December 9, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Paul Cunningham, 59, of Grassmount, Lewisham, was fined £166 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, on the junction with Westbourne Avenue, Worthing, on December 31, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Michael Ghibaldan, 78, of Cedar Close, Ferring, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on January 11, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Craig Green, 30, of Selden Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on May 30, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Matthew Kent, 43, of Arnside Close, Sompting, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Brighton Road, Worthing, on January 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Carol Medhurst, 48, of Monks Avenue, Lancing, was fined £36 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Brighton Road, Shoreham, on December 12, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Cristian Pascu, 43, of Mulberry Court, Goring, was fined £200 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on December 9, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Mark Jones, 38, of Carisbrooke Drive, Durrington, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (41ug/l cocaine) in Langton Road, Worthing, on February 1, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted drug-driving (601ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Langton Road, Worthing, on February 1, 2020, no separate penalty.

James Brotherhood, 42, of Zinnia Row, Worthing, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on August 16, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Charles Mobey, 33, of St Cuthmans Road, Steyning, was given a community order with Horizon programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting sexual assault on a female aged 16 or over between November 1 and 30, 2018. He was also given a sexual harm prevention order. He must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Natasha Brunt, 44, of Savoy Hotel, Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on January 18, 2020. She was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £75 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Worthing on January 18, 2020. She was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £50 compensation, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Worthing on January 18, 2020.

Julie Anthony 59, of Warwick Gardens, Worthing, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £50 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on March 18, 2020; and committing a public nuisance by indecently exposing herself in Worthing on March 18, 2020.

Reuben Slyfield, 19, of Durrington Lane, Worthing, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing cash, cigarettes, tobacco, lighters and consumables from Denyer News, Worthing, having entered as a trespasser with others on June 26, 2019; entering Tarring News & Wine as a trespasser with others with intent to steal on June 26, 2019; and having craft knife without good reason in Ringmer Road, Worthing, on June 26, 2019. He must pay a total of £415 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Pavitar Bilkhu, 52, of South Farm Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (157mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, on April 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Shane Morris, 58, of Brighton Road, Worthing, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in West Way, Lancing, on June 29, 2020. He must pay £50 compensation. He admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for assault by beating in West Way, Lancing, on January 28, 2020. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Beach House Park, Worthing, on July 17, 2020, no separate penalty.

David Palmer, 40, of Stanley Road, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Old Worthing Road, East Preston, on May 30, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for six months. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Karl Young, 23, of Selwyn Avenue, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work after admitting harassment by making an excessive number of telephone calls to Rustington between May 11 and June 15, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was given a restraining order.

Aaron Boyle, 22, of Adelaide Square, Shoreham, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 7 and July 28, 2020. She was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with attendance centre requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for causing £204 damage to a vehicle in Royal George Parade, Shoreham, on October 4, 2019.

Zac Ridgeway, 21, of Purbeck Place, Littlehampton, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by demonstrating unacceptable behaviour, deemed to be aggressive and abusive, on August 12, 2020, and failing to be available for a phone appointment on August 17, 2020. He was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for harassment, breaching a restraining order, in Slough on February 15, 2019; harassment, breaching a restraining order, in Wallingford on March 7, 2019; assault by beating in Slough on October 20, 2017; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Slough on October 20, 2017; and intentionally causing rocks to be over Windwill Drive, Rustington, making it dangerous on April 20, 2017.
