Darren Schwarz, 46, of Castle Lane, Bramber, was fined £1,000 and must pay £100 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Kingsway, Hove, on January 14, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jurijus Domulis, 47, of Old Mead Road, Littlehampton, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A23 Broxmead Lane Bridge, Bolney, on January 28, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Samuel Garman, 34, of Sea Road, East Preston, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Boxgrove, Worthing, on February 6, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with eight points.

Kenneth Jamieson, 80, of Buckingham Road, Shoreham, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 30mph in Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham, on May 19, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Pavel Mihalcea, 26, of Twitten Way, Worthing, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Newland Road, Worthing, on Janaury 24, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Simmonds, 65, of Stanley Road, Littlehampton, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving on the A27 Shoreham on February 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Keith Standley, 45, of Greenfields, Littlehampton, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A23 Broxmead Lane Bridge, Bolney, on January 28, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Steven Shevlin, 30, of Gordon Road, Worthing, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Horizon programme requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and a 26-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting two charges of failing to comply with Sex Offenders Register notification requirements in Southwick on September 4, 2020. He was given a 26-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner in St Martin’s car park, Littlehampton, on September 4, 2020. A sexual harm prevention order was made for 12 months and he must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Michael Purdy, c/o Fullers Lane, Littlehampton, was fined £166 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (12ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Toddington Lane, Littlehampton, on March 13, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Waqaar Hussain, 23, of South Farm Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 108 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Goldstone Crescent, Hove, on February 21, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £250 costs, and was disqualified from driving for six months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Derek Cook, 54, of Chester Avenue, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Brighton Road, Worthing, on August 23, 2020.

Edward Mills, 26, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, was jailed for six weeks after admitting driving while disqualified in West Street, Sompting, on August 21, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for six months. He was jailed for six weeks to run concurrently after admitting possessing an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster, in West Street, Sompting, on August 21, 2020. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty. He admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a three-week consecutive prison sentence for possessing one cannabis joint in Worthing on March 13, 2020; two three-week concurrent prison sentences for possessing cannabis in Worthing on January 5 and April 10, 2020.

Jonathan Rogers, 44, of Offington Gardens, Worthing, was fined £4,127 and must pay £190 victim surcharge, £85 costs, for drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on August 4, 2020, after an application to reopen the case was approved and the sentence imposed on October 20, 2020, was set aside. The disqualification from driving for 24 months remained unchanged.

Christopher Alderslade, 30, c/o Green Way, Middleton-on-Sea, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Warren Way, Barnham, on September 19, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Joanne Holland, 54, of Fincham Close, East Preston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting causing £250 damage to a boundary wall, causing £315 damage to a garage door and damaging a vehicle worth £4,868 in Wallace Avenue, Worthing, on July 26, 2020. She must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was also given a restraining order.

Paul Trudgett, 39, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis and cannabis resin in Chichester on September 20, 2020.
