William Cranford, 18, of Stanley Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing a bicycle worth £1,600 in Rustington on September 14, 2019. He was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting jointly entering a garage in Sea Avenue, Rustington, as a trespasser and stealing a bicycle and frozen food worth £300 on September 14, 2019; and interfering with a BMW in Rustington on September 14, 2019, with the intention of theft. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrew Nicholl, 34, of Clove House, Ropetackle, Shoreham, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Fishersgate on December 24, 2019. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Fishersgate Terrace, Fishersgate, on December 24, 2019; and possessing cannabs, a class B drug, no separate penalties.

Hollie Moore, 32, of Westmead Gardens, West Avenue, Worthing, must pay £60 costs after breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on October 14 and 30, 2019, and on November 7, 2019. The order was revoked and she was dealt with for the original offence, receiving an £80 fine for stealing meat worth £40.71 from Tesco on June 7, 2017, and no separate penalty for stealing coffee worth £86.52 from Tesco on June 11, 2017; stealing coffee worth £46.02 from Tesco on June 14, 2017; stealing groceries worth £9.20 from Tesco on June 18, 2017; stealing wine worth £5.94 from Tesco on June 21, 2017; and stealing DVDs worth £115.94 from HMV on July 6, 2017.

Justin Neal, 44, of Selden Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on January 22, 2020, and February 28, 2020.

Bailey Carter, 19, of Meadow Close, Southwick, was fined £160 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.8ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Brighton Road, Shoreham, on October 8, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Sylas Garrod, 25, of Mill Road, Arundel, was fined £230 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in The Strand, Goring, on September 6, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £230 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting drug-driving (4.5ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the M27 Portsmouth on January 12, 2020.

Max Hill, 21, of Trundle View Close, Barnham, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (9.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Ford Road, Arundel, on October 13, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Zara Quinlan, 24, of Manor Close, East Preston, was fined £230 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (55mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in High Street, Worthing, on March 14, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Troy Johnson, 30, of Hampton Place, Littlehampton, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting three charges of drug-driving (51ug/l cocaine, more than 800 ug/l benzoylecgonine and 4.2ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Lyminster Road, Littlehampton, on October 27, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Daniel Day, 27, of Arun Court, Stoney Lane, Shoreham, must pay £400 compensation, £40 victim surcharge, after admitting causing £1,953.57 damage to a vehicle in Shoreham on August 15, 2019.

Richard Collier, 30, of Linden Court, Linden Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting handling stolen goods, a BMW motorcycle, in Littlehampton on April 10, 2020. He was fined £200 and his driving record was endorsed with six points after admitting using a vehicle without insurance in Phoenix Close, Littlehampton, on April 10, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Alan Bacon, 55, of Washbrook Road, Paulsgrove, was fined £500 and must pay £2,000 costs after admitting failing to comply with the shellfish permit bylaw when using two strings of pots to fish for whelk at Littlehampton on or about January 21, 2020. He was fined £500 after admitting failing to comply with the shellfish permit bylaw when using 41 pots to fish for whelk at Littlehampton on or about January 21, 2020, as they were not fitted with the specified number of escape holes. He was fined £500 after admitting failing to comply with the shellfish permit bylaw by setting 268 pots to fish for whelk at Littlehampton on or about January 21, 2020, without fitting the required tag. He was fined £500 after admitting failing to comply with a direction issued by a marine enforcement officer at Littlehampton on or about January 21, 2020. He was fined £500 after admitting failing to comply with the shellfish permit bylaw by setting 52 pots to fish for whelk at Selsey on or about January 22, 2020, without fitting the required tag. He was fined £500 after admitting failing to comply with the shellfish permit bylaw by setting two strings of pots to fish for whelk at Selsey on or about January 22, 2020, without using a marked floating buoy or dahn.

Sean Bacon, 34, of Bredenbury Crescent, Paulsgrove, was fined £500 and must pay £2,000 costs after admitting intentionally obstructing a marine enforcement officer at Littlehampton on or about Janaury 21, 2020, by failing to haul his fishing gear for inspection.

Rosarrios Ltd, of Oakfield Road, East Wittering, was fined £900 and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on August 5, 2019.

Antony Kershaw, 54, of Cumberland Avenue, Goring, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a vehicle when the condition of its front nearside involved a danger of injury in Worthing on November 9, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Olga Amerena, 42, of Hills Road, Steyning, was fined £115 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red traffic light in Old Shoreham Road, Portslade, on December 5, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Pascal Dowers, 49, of Adelaide Crescent, Hove, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, on December 2, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Abedelilah Elghrissat, 58, of Cats Mews, Riverside, Southwick, was fined £233 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lewes Road, Brighton, on December 2, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Joseph McKenna, 31, of South Point, Emerald Quay, Harbour Way, Shoreham Beach, was fined £441 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, on October 16, 2019. He was fined £220 and must pay £85 costs after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, on October 11, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with a total of eight points.

Amie Tettersell, 29, of Saltings Way, Upper Beeding, was find £46 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Shoreham Road, Small Dole, on October 23, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with four points.

Julie Thomas, 43, of Yapton Road, Barnham, was fined £107 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in London Road, Pulborough, on November 4, 2019. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Hannah Leake, 26, of Victoria Mansions, Cross Street, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting sending Facebook messages that conveyed a threat to cause distress or anxiety in Worthing on January 1, 2020.

Jarred Lyle, 23, of Bluebell Drive, Littlehampton, was fined £170 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (5.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Titnore Lane, Worthing, on January 3, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Shane Crosskey, 26, of Keystone Close, Goring, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £50 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting damaging an offside wing mirror in Shoreham on October 11, 2019.

Michael Mawdsley, 36, of Leigh Road, Broadwater, was fined £230 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Worthing on January 5, 2020.

Mark Taylor, 46, of Southdown Terrace, Steyning, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and Drink Impaired Drivers Programme Requirement, and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (144mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Church Street, Steyning, on November 24, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 34 months.

Colin Chapman, 52, of Freshbrook Road, Lancing, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault in East Worthing on January 19, 2020, and assault by beating in East Worthing on janaury 18, 2020. He must pay a total of £200 compensation. He must also pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing a wrap of cocaine, a class A drug, no separate penalty.

Frazier Furlong, 23, of Marshall Avenue, Findon Valley, was fined £420 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (144mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in London Street, Worthing, on December 15, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Guy Peters, 34, of Sompting Road, Broadwater, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Worthing on November 10, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jordan Kennett, 40, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, on May 1, 2020.
