Steve Bennett, 46, of Thurlow Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a solid white line in Station Road, Petworth, on March 3, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Billy Franks, 31, of Brook Close, Worthing, was fined £83 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A23 Warninglid on January 11, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Marc Dobbs, 40, of Arlington Crescent, East Preston, was fined £293 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on December 21, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Harry Court, 28, c/o Palmer Road, Angmering, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Newbury on February 21, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Newbury on February 21, 2020, no separate penalty.

Gemma Taylor, 28, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was given a community order with 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 7am to 7pm daily, and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Bognor Regis on March 15, 2020. She must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Zac Danks, 23, of Ashdown Gardens, Rustington, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on September 1 and 16, 2020, and failing to attend unpaid work on September 6 and 20, 2020. The order was varied to include a new 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 9pm to 6.30am daily.

Leanne Constable, 36, of Wenceling Cottages, Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required in Brighton Road, Lancing, on September 22, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

David Stevens, 27, of St Andrew’s Road, Worthing, was fined £266 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (85ug/l cocaine) in Pelham Road, Worthing, on May 3, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with ten points. He also admitted being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (266ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Pelham Road, Worthing, on May 3, 2020, no separate penalty.

Ramona Tutulea-Ciobanu, 33, of Hollingbury Gardens, Findon Valley, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required in Worthing on September 15, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Stuart Hall, 42, of Grinstead Lane, Lancing, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (624ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Shadwells Road, Lancing, on March 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Sasha Farrell, 37, of Orme Close, Lancing, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (18ug/l cocaine) in Western Road, Lancing, on April 3, 2020. She was fined £120 after admitting drink-driving (67mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Busticle Lane, Lancing, on April 8, 2020. She was fined £50 after admitting drug-driving (718ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Busticle Lane, Lancing, on April 8, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months. She also admitted drug-driving (468ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Western Road, Lancing, on April 3, 2020, no separate penalty.

Mark Town, 56, c/o Cotswold Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for three months and must pay £22 victim surcharge after admitting entering premises in Millfield, Sompting, on September 26, 2020, in contravention of a closure order.
