Stepanas Sustak, 34, of Dorset Close, Littlehampton, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving without insurance in Dagmar Street, Worthing, on January 20, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Lawrence Froshaug, 35, of Trinity Close, Crawley, was fined £116 and must pay £110 costs, after admitting driving in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, when he was in a position where he could not have proper control of the vehicle. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Matthew Mayell, 29, of Merry House, Main Road, Yapton, was fined £307 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a vehicle with a tyre that had the ply or cord exposed, in Gravatts Lane, Climping, on September 14, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for two months.

Ashley Berry, 29, of School Road, Amberley, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 90 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating at Crawley Police Station on April 18, 2021. He must pay £100 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a new community order.

Richard Gray, 57, of Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at West Worthing Railway Station on September 24, 2020.

Meera Al-Dahbashi, 24, of Victoria House, Henfield Road, Small Dole, was fined £184 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (87mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Wineham Lane, Henfield, on October 10, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Mark Kochan, 30, of Shardeloes Road, Angmering, was fined £346 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (167mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine) in Arundel Road, Angmering, on January 29, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Dale Ashcroft, 61, of Hill Lane, Barnham, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £230 after admitting producing 28 cannabis plants, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis, on June 29, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Bradley King, 24, of Clayton Walk, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ work after admitting drug-driving (2.8ug/l Delta-9-THC) in New Road, Worthing, on September 24, 2020; and failing to stop after an accident in which damage was caused to a telegraph pole and a parked vehicle in Worthing on September 24, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Michael Ware, 33, of Bushby Close, Sompting, was fined £86 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (297ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Fulbeck Way, Worthing, on September 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Vitalijs Tavkins, 48, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Horsham Road, Littlehampton, on November 8, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (56mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Horsham Road, Littlehampton, on November 8, 2020. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Oliver Akien, 22, of Kingsland Close, Shoreham, was fined £400 and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (77mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Old Shoreham Road, Shoreham, on December 8, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in December 18, 2020.

Joshua Schofield, 19, of Windsor Road, Worthing, admitted breaching a community order by failing to comply with the curfew. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with three-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 8am daily, for taking a vehicle without consent in Littlehampton on April 11, 2020. He must pay £60 costs.
