Riley Davies, 18, of King Street, Broadwater, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Carden Avenue, Brighton, on February 6, 2021. He was also fined £40 after admitting driving without the correct licence. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jordan Croft, 24, of Western Lodge, Cokeham Road, Sompting, was discharged conditionally for two years after admitting harassment, making contact on several occasions by text, email and online messaging, in Worthing between September 12, 2020, and October 6, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Gary Langdon, 33, of West Street, Sompting, was fined £323 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Sompting Road, Broadwater, on February 11, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Nathan Phillpott, 31, of Pier Road, Littlehampton, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting breaching a non-molestation order by making contact via message and visiting the home address between August 10 and 29, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lee Gilmartin, 46, of Hill Barn Lane, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Steyning on February 7, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £250 costs.

Victoria Bent, 43, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lower Street, Pulborough, on June 13, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Billy Franks, 31, of Brook Close, Worthing, was fined £507 and must pay £51 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A23 Hickstead on April 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Emma Windsor, 45, of Park Crescent, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (80mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Grafton Road, Chichester, on November 7, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Lisa Mills, 49, of Pigeonhouse Lane, Rustington, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath of analysis when required in Ferring on November 11, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Natalie Walls, 38, of Marine Parade, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for nine months and must pay £40 compensation, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing plug adapters, lighters and bulbs worth £40 from Hanwells, Worthing, on August 7, 2020.

Daniel Rutherford, 42, of Elm Park, Ferring, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (92mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Long Furlong, Findon, on December 17, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Alexander Porter, 41, of High Street, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 30ug/l cocaine) in Church Lane, Climping, on May 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted drug-driving (not less than 629ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Church Lane, Climping, on May 12, 2020, no separate penalty.

Naamalsha Rayamarakkarveedil-Abduljaled, 23, of Lyndhurst Road, East Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Findon Road, Worthing, on November 14, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Samara Pulling, 26, of Webb House, Cambrian Way, Worthing, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required in Worthing on January 31, 2021. She was fined £50 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Worthing on January 31, 2021. She also admitted failing to stop when required by a police constable, driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalties.
