Finn Eady, 19, of Saxby Close, Barnham, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020. He was also found guilty of driving without due care and attention in an alleyway from Manor Road, Selsey, on February 7, 2020; failing to stop when required in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020; and driving without the correct licence in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020, no separate penalties. His driving record was endorsed with eight points.

Andrius Pavilonis, 35, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after being found guilty of driving without due care and attention in Farncombe Road, Worthing, on April 17, 2020. He was also found guilty of failing to stop when required by a police constable in Farncombe Road, Worthing, on April 17, 2020, no separate penalty. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points and he was disqualified from driving for three months due to repeat offending.

Marion Tomaskewski, 56, of Fetherston Road, Lancing, was fined £233 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, at Monks Recreation Ground, Lancing, on December 15, 2020. She also admitted possessing amphetamine, a class B drug, in Lancing, on December 15, 2020, no separate penalty.

Michael Taylor, 26, of Nethan Drive, Aveley, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink-drive limit (56mg of alcohol ini 100ml of breath) in Clun Road, Littlehampton, on October 31, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with ten points. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Henryk Galuszka, 42, of Helen Court, Mill Road, Worthing, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £20 after admitting two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Worthing, on July 5 on August 8, 2020. He must pay a total of £180 compensation, £95 victim surcharge.

Sean Allen, 48, of Poplar Close, Hove, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having an axe, without good reason, in Harbour Court, Whiterock Place, Southwick, on April 21, 2020.

Sonal Shah, 42, of Penlands Vale, Steyning, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (152mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A2037 Small Dole on November 13, 2020. She was given a nine-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting failing to stop after an accident in which another person was injured on the A2037 Small Dole on November 13, 2020. She was given a eight-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and msut pay £122 victim surcharge, £250 costs, after admitting drink-driving (124mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Brighton Road, Purley, on May 11, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for five years.

James Brownell, 30, of Upper West Drive, Ferring, was fined £40 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work on December 13 and 20, 2020.

Sam Gurr, 32, of Brierley Gardens, Lancing, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was given a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting a second charge of assault by beating in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was given two four-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 24 months, after admitting damaging an internal door and a wing mirror in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay a total of £600 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted damaging a Pandora bracelet and a t-shirt, no separate penalty.

Patrick Woolgar, 35, of Downsway, Southwick, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Hill Farm Way, Southwick, on April 1, 2020; and driving while disqualified in Hammy Way, Shoreham, on March 22, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 compensation, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted two charges of driving without insurance and wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in Shoreham on March 22, 2020, no separate penalties.

Michael Cole, 41, of Sompting Road, Lancing, was fined £40 after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on October 29 and December 10, 2020, and failing to keep in touch with his supervisor.

Benjamin Dunbar, 33, of Orchard Avenue, Lancing, was fined £300 and must pay £70 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting taking a vehicle without consent in Shoreham on November 2, 2020. He was fined £300 after admitting drink-driving (61mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) at the Holmbush Centre, Shoreham, on November 2, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He was fined £100 after admitting driving without the correct licence in Shoreham on November 2, 2020. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Clive Lovelace, 67, of Prince Charles Close, Southwick, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, motivated by hostility to people of a particular sexual orientation, in Southwick on October 16, 2020.

Alexander Hagan, 50, of Ledbury Drive, Wolverhampton, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting fraud, dishonestly making a false representation by stating he would order and fitting windows, intending to make a gain of £4,535 in Worthing between October 16, 2018, and March 1, 2020. He must pay £4,535 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stewart Gregory, 42, of Whittles Drive, Aldershot Road, Normandy, Surrey, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (221ug/l benzoylecgonine) in New Road, Angmering, on May 9, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Charlie Burns, 25, of Hangleton Road, Hove, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 10g of cocaine, a class A drug, in Hove on September 30, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing 140g of ketamine, a class B drug, in Hove on September 30, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing amphetamine, a class B drug, in Lancing on September 29, 2020.

Martyn Standing, 27, of Manor Hall Road, Southwick, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing ketamine, a class B drug, in Hove on September 30, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Hove on September 30, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting stealing goods worth £254.08 from Sainsbury’s, Worthing, on October 12, 2020.

Ian Wickenden, 51, of Templar Mews, Blacksmiths Crescent, Sompting, was fined £553 and must pay £55 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Brighton Road, Worthing, on November 7, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Harry Craddock, 19, of Church View Close, Southampton, was sentenced to 16 weeks in a young offenders institution and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving dangerously on the A29 London Road, Fontwell, on October 31, 2020. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in a young offenders institution to run concurrently after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Fontwell on October 31, 2020. He also admitted failing to stop when required by police on the A27 between Arundel and Fontwell on October 31, 2020; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Fontwell on October 31, no separate penalties. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Abdoulie Bah, 27, of St Elmo Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, in Southcourt Road, Worthing, on July 31, 2020. He also admitted possessing 2g of herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Southcourt Road, Worthing, on July 31, 2020, no separate penalty.

George Horsted, 23, of The Quadrant, Goring, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting causing £1,500 damage to a vehicle in Worthing on March 1, 2020. He must pay £500 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Thomas Ward, 38, of Tisbury Road, Hove, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Chapel Road, Worthing, on July 26, 2020.

David Norman, 65, of Highfield Close, Angmering, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Shoreham Road, Small Dole, on February 7, 2020.
