Lydia Fairs, 40, of Downview Road, Barnham, was fined a total of £375 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of three charges of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham, on March 5, March 26 and April 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points for each offence, no totting disqualification due to exceptional circumstances.

Sulaiman Jalloh, 51, of Albion Street, Southwick, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (499ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Albion Street, Southwick, on October 3, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Graham Keeley, 40, c/o Marine Place, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing seven bottles of Gentleman Jack and one bottle of Courvoisier, worth £280, from Tesco Extra, Worthing, on October 16, 2020; and stealing alcohol and perfume worth £274 from Sainsbury’s, Lyons Farm, on November 6, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge.

Graham Keeley, 40, of no fixed address, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for six months, and must pay £100 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Shoreham on April 27, 2021. He also admitted a second charge of assault by beating in Shoreham on April 27, 2021, no separate penalty.

Paulius Luksys, 24, of Horsham Road West, Littlehampton, must pay £2,500 costs, £20 victim surcharge, after admitting operating a waste operation for the deposit, treatment and storage of waste tyres at Shopwhyke Industrial Estate, Chichester, other than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit between August 23, 2018, and October 3, 2018.

Daniel Tarrant, 24, of Threals Lane, West Chiltington, was discharged conditionally for three years and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £5,000 costs, after admitting operating a waste operation for the deposit, treatment and storage of waste tyres at Woodruff Business Centre, Chichester, other than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit between September 18, 2018, and January 8, 2019.

Gerald Burton, 63, of Marine Place, Worthing, was fined £30 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, after admitting failing to comply with a community protection notice by being sat on a pavement in Union Place, Worthing, while drunk, with an open bottle of wine, on April 13, 2021. He also admitted failing to comply with a community protection notice by being drunk in Chichester Gate, Chichester, on March 23, 2021, no separate penalty.

Bradie Thomson, 32, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was given a community order with eight-week curfew, electronically monitored, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering The Co-op, South Street, Tarring, on April 13, 2021, despite being banned from all Co-op stores in Sussex. He also admitted two charges of breaching a suspended sentence order, which was extended by 12 months.

Sally O’Halloran, 60, of Windsor Road, Worthing, was given a community order with four-week curfew, electronically monitored, after admitting persistently using a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another in Worthing on March 11, 2021. She was fined £30 after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, motivated by hostility to people of a particular sexual orientation, in Worthing on March 11, 2021. She admitted failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistates’ Court on April 20, 2021, no separate penalty. She also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which was varied to include an additional three day’s rehabilitation activity requirement.
