Camera equipment stolen in Sompting burglary
POLICE have today (Wednesday, July 4) appealed for witnesses to a burglary at a Sompting house.
Camera equipment was stolen during the break-in at a semi-detached house in Malthouse Close, Sompting, between 11pm on Thursday, June 28, and 7am on Friday, June 29.
Items taken included a Cannon camera and lens, an 8GB memory card and battery, a camera bag, an iPod Nano, mobile phone, cash, Euros and a wallet.
Anyone who sees these items for sale, or saw anything suspicious that night, is asked to call Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 0880 of 29/6.
