Bomb squad called in as explosives discovered at Shoreham Port

Unexploded shells have been discovered in Shoreham Port.

The bomb squad has been called in to the vicinity of Tarmac, in Basin Road South, according to police.

Unexploded shells are said to have been dredged up, police added.

Police have said a controlled explosion is due to be carried out at around 6.45pm today (June 17).
