Community groups to discuss future needs

VOLUNTEER and community groups are to have their say on the future of services in the district.

They will share in a discussion about needs in Adur, and the findings will be included in a West Sussex County Council project, Voluntary and Community Sector Voices.

The Voluntary and Community Sector forum for Adur is being held at Old School House, Ham Road, Shoreham, on Thursday, July 3, at 12.30pm.

The views discussed will be used to help influence decision makers and service commissioners, as well as the Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group for health care.

Under discussion will be the priority needs, the impact of cuts and gaps in service provision.

Working together and communicating better will also be discussed, as well as looking it how well the district’s various networks function.
