Collision on A259 in Lancing leaves driver trapped in car
Emergency services are currently dealing with a two vehicle road traffic collision in Brighton Road, Lancing.
The collision happened at 4.15pm today (Wednesday, April 10) opposite the bandstand on the A259 coast road, involving a Vauxhall Astra and a Rover.
The driver of the Astra is still trapped in the car while the driver of the Rover has suffered minor injuries.
The A259 is currently blocked from Brooklands Park to South Street roundabout and the road is closed eastbound from Western Road.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area if possible.
