A CHRISTMAS bazaar takes place on Saturday in the beautiful Victorian Music Room at St Mary’s House, Bramber.
Organised by The Friends of St Mary’s, the bazaar will raise all-important funds for ongoing conservation projects.
St Mary’s is celebrating 30 years of restoration and conservation by Peter Thorogood and Roger Linton. Their efforts have been rewarded by numerous accolades, including the best restoration award in Hudsons Heritage Awards and a five-star rating by Trip Advisor, with comments from visitors such as ‘a beautiful gem’ and ‘so pleased to discover this stunning 15thC house and its gardens’.
The purpose of the Friends of St Mary’s is to ensure this remarkable place will continue to be enjoyed by visitors by raising funds for its upkeep and development.
From 10.30am to 12.30pm, there will be lots of stalls, including home-made cakes, preserves, books and good quality bric-a-brac.
