Helen Hitchcock, owner of The Gallery, in Cobblestone Walk, Steyning, will showcase her Indian clothing and jewellery, both traditional and everyday wear.

Wendy Allen, who runs Southwick sewing school Sew What Darling, will be showing her handmade, retro-style clothing, which can be bought or hired for any occasion.

Designs inspired by the style of the ’40s and ’50s will be shown by Toni Pickles, owner of Get Waisted, a bespoke boutique in Steyning. She also creates modern designs to customer specifications.

There will also be clothing and accessories from George at Asda, and Gay Richardson, from Style Me Confident in Worthing, will be using them to show you how everyday outfits can be worn, based on body type and age.

Jeannette said: “I have also been very lucky to receive offers of help from local beauticians, hairdressers, printing companies, photographers, etc.

“So this is turning into an event which is really bringing together the local communities. I am hoping that this event will appeal to all ages and will be a fun evening.”

The event runs from 7.30pm to 10pm and tickets are £15, concessions £10, under 12s free. Call the box office on 01903 206206.
