The group has chosen the theme Around and About Shoreham-by-Sea for the 2016 calendar and included information about the annual Art Trail and Shoreham Wordfest.

Chairman Kim-Adele Fuller said: “In Countryfile style, we got local artists from our 100-plus members to submit images on the theme. These were voted on at the AGM and 13 were selected for the adurArtcollective calendar 2016.

“The cover image by artist Karen Munck is so uplifting and vibrant and we have also produced a limited number of china mugs and cotton bags with it on.

“This is the second year we have done the calendar but the first year of expanding to other items. If successful, we hope to make this an annual thing as adurArtcollective is a not-for-profit, volunteer-led community group established to promote, celebrate and develop the visual arts in the local area and this will help us to remain self supporting.”

The calendar kick starts the campaign for next year and will help raise funds to support Adur Art Trail 2016.

Items can be purchased around the town, including Ropetackle Arts Centre, Shoreham Gallery, Artisan Café, Photal Photography and Apres Chocolat.
