Secretary Pat Nightingale said: “Matt was dubbed ‘the Brian Cox of archaeology’ when he spoke to us previously, so members are looking forward to hearing from him again.”

Visitors pay £2 and refreshments will be available in the interval.

Membership is £5 a year, or £9 for two people at the same address. Contact history.beeding@mypostoffice.co.uk for more information.
