Balaclava-clad burglars raid Worthing home

Four men wearing balaclavas broke into a property in Worthing and ransacked it before driving off at speed, police have said.

The burglary took place in Carnegie Close at 10.30pm on Wednesday, November 4.

The men also caused damage to the property and police believe they then drove off at speed in an unmarked white van which was last seen on Carnegie Road.

Sussex Police is appealing for witnesses.

Anyone with information is asked to email [email protected] or phone 101, quoting serial 1553 of 04/11.

Alternatively, they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers without having to leave their name on 0800 555 111.
