West Sussex residents are being encouraged to answer a survey on access to pharmacies

The Have Your Say survey will inform the West Sussex Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) which looks at whether services meet the current and future needs of the people across the county.

The survey also captures the important wider role pharmacies play as the first port of call for health advice, information and supporting self-care, as well as offering many services that enhance health and wellbeing.

Pharmaceutical services in West Sussex are provided by pharmacies (chemists), dispensing doctors and appliance contractors, such as prescription medicines, medical appliances and health advice.

The survey can be found online at and is open until Monday March 27.

Paper copies of the surveys can also be found in local pharmacies, GP surgeries, and libraries across West Sussex.
