HIGH winds have interrupted scheduled inspection and maintenance work on Adur Ferry Bridge today.
The bridge is open to the public as normal and the shuttle bus will not run.
Closures will be in place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, throughout June. The inspection work should take around three to four weeks to complete.
At times when the bridge is closed, a free shuttle bus service will operate every 15 minutes from both sides of the river.
It will be back in service tomorrow.
Visit www.westsussex.gov.uk for more information on the works taking place.
