21 DAYS CAMPAIGN: Competition launched for budding enterpreneurs

BUDDING entrepreneurs with a great business idea are being invited to turn it into reality and pitch it in front of a panel of industry experts.

In conjunction with the 21 Days campaign, Northbrook College has launched a competition, inviting those with an interest in starting their own business to produce a business plan, in an effort to win in-depth consultancy sessions.

Entrants must produce a business plan, detailing 21 separate aspects.

The top three entries will be invited to pitch their idea to a Dragons’ Den-style local panel, on Friday, March 21 at 10am, at Northbrook’s university campus in West Durrington.

The most promising idea will receive eight hour-long consultancy sessions to help turn their eureka moment into real-life.

Worthing and Adur Chamber of Commerce CEO Tina Tilley said it was a great opportunity to encourage potential bright sparks.

She said: “This competition will give one lucky winner the best-possible chance to get a good start in business, and get some fantastic free support, too.”
