When he bought the iconic seafront Royal Hotel, Nick Laurence of Metamorph, a local developer with a passion for transforming heritage buildings, always knew it needed a special kind of vision, and sensitivity. “Everyone has a Royal Story” he was told, and two years later as it re-launches as contemporary apartments for sale, he notes, “It’s true, I hear great tales from passers-by with a lot of good memories.”
