The incident happened in Horsham town centre yesterday afternoon, after police received a call to say two men were seen drinking on the top level.

A police spokesman said: “At 5.06pm on Monday, September 26, police were called to the Copnall Way car park, Horsham, where two men were seen to be on an upper level, one of whom was holding a bottle of wine.

“Almost immediately after the call to police, one of the men, a 28-year old from Worthing, was seen to fall two storeys to the ground.
