This is the third time this session has been arrange, and this year Adwah Perez-Taylor, Millie Fraser, James Adeosun, Hannah Wadey and Leo Ghorishi represented the school.

Kevin Mason, head of year 11, accompanyed the students and said: “We are incredibly proud of our students - they were confident, articulate and showed maturity well beyond their years to talk in front of 160 trainee teachers. They were a credit to the school and a credit to the reputation of teenagers everywhere”

Tom Newlands, postgraduate secondary programme leader, added: “The students were a real tribute to their school. Our trainees found this to be one of the best sessions yet in their Education Studies programme. It was a great opportunity to hear student voice and listen to what they understood by great teaching. Our trainees were impressed by how articulate your students were and so well prepared for their presentations. Their ability to reflect on learning and to answer questions was impressive. Out trainees are now even more excited about getting into the classroom and inspiring young people.”
