TRIBUTE ACT: The Bohemians at Worthing Assembly Hall

WITH a blend of fun, high-energy music, spectacular costumes and showmanship, The Bohemians bring their look-a-like and sound-a-like tribute to Queen to Worthing (A Night of Queen, Assembly Hall, Saturday, November 20, 7.30pm).

The Bohemians have been praised by Brian May and Roger Taylor for their similarity to the original band.

The Bohemians played support to Brian’s band at the Official Queen Fan Club Freddie Mercury Birthday Party and also supported Queen keyboard player Spike Edney’s band, which was where they met their idols.

Recreating the Queen sound and atmosphere of smaller 70s Queen gigs, Nick Ballard will play Brian May while Rob Comber sings lead vocals as they emulate the vocal harmonies, guitar licks, and melodies.

Wayne Bourne portrays Roger Taylor, provides higher-end backing vocals and also sings lead vocals on I’m in Love With My Car while Kevin Goodwin joins them as John Deacon.
