IT'S Open Day at Worthing Hockey Club this Saturday at St Andrew's School (September 6).
All potential new members are welcome, with the Juniors' slot running from 10am to noon, the women's from noon to 2pm, then the men's from 2-4pm.
The club have friendly matches scheduled on September 13 and a week later the season starts when Worthing clash with cross-town rivals Penguin HC in the Sussex Plate at Worthing Lesiure Centre.
In other Sussex KO competitions that day, Worthing will be at home to Southwick in the 2nd XI Cup at 11.30am, and at home to Crawley in the 3rd XI Cup at 1pm.
