ANGMERING OLD BOYS may have already won the Worthing Leisure Leagues Sunday Premier Division, but there was no let-up in their form. On the final day of the season Adam Simpson helped them to a 4-1 success over Preston Blades Seniors.
CSKA Worthing were their nearest challengers finishing five points behind them in second, after Glen Greeney led them to a 5-0 final-day victory over already-relegated FC Delboys.
Black Dragons FC were also already down but they pulled off a shock 3-1 success over Fulsea United as they bid farewell to the top-flight.
Team Elite crowned their Division 1 title-winning season with an emphatic 7-1 demolition of nearest challengers Ronaldinho Wreckheads, who also won promotion.
Lee Massingham helped Durrington United to a 3-0 win over No Prawn Sandwiches, relegating them on the final day while D'n'C saw off Pathetic Athletic by the same scoreline, ensuring safety by a single point. Disunited were the other side to fall through the trapdoor.
Liquid Lounge won the second division by five points with a 5-2 triumph over Jiminez United. Runners-up DP County will join them in promotion.
Boundstone Old Boys confirmed their promotion from Division 3 as champions with a 4-1 success over Smudgeykinz Town. The Green Machine missed out on top spot, on goal difference alone, but are promoted with a 1-0 victory over Deportivo Lackoftalent.
MONDAY
Sporting Misfits continued their incredible winning run and made it five successive victories. They made short work of beating The Shorter The Better by an incredible 8-1 scoreline.
The win moves them three points clear of Tangerine Athletic, who leapfrogged AEK Fernhurst after a game where Peter Levet proved the difference between the sides.
Shockwave also won to keep the pressure on, but Chopzz' improvement continued and they were big 5-0 victors against Goodwood FC.
