ARUNDEL, Mile Oak and Shoreham all progressed into the FA Vase second round on Saturday (October 4).
Mike Huckett hit a 75th-minute for Arundel in their 1-0 win over Chertsey Town.

Mile Oak also got a late 1-0 winner against Combined Counties League side Cobham. Chris Pulling got their winner from the penalty spot with 13 minutes left.

Shoreha
m won 3-0 at Chessington & Hook. Liam O'Brien struck twice and Rob Boddy was also on target.

East Preston exited the FA Vase, though, with a 2-0 defeat at home to Whitehawk.

In County League Division 1, Wick won 3-1 at Lingfield. Phil Turner scored twice and Scott Murfin converted a penalty.

In the same division, Mick Miller picked up his first point as Worthing United manager in a 1-1 draw with Hailsham.

In Division 2, Lancing beat Midhurst 2-1. Dan Griffin hit Lancers' second goal which put them 2-0 ahead.

Goals in the first 17 minutes from Chris Duffett and James Davis helped Steyning Town to a 2-1 success at Loxwood.

Southwick recorded a 2-0 victory at Westfield with goals from Adam Steele and James Wotherspoon.

Littlehampton fought back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Wealden with goals from Danny Hand and George Gaskin.

Rustington overcame Sidley 2-0 with goals from James Bennett and an Adam Bibb penalty.

Clymping moved into the Division 3 Cup quarter-finals with a 2-1 win at Ifield Edwards. Joe Shelley and Tony Castro scored Clymping's goals.
