ARSENAL are bringing a talented young squad to A2B Woodside tonight (Thursday) for their friendly against Worthing.
Four of them enjoyed first-team experience out on loan last season, and one of those, midfielder Mark Randall, came off the bench in Arsenal's Champions League Qualifer away to FC Twente.

Randall was on loan to Championship side Burnley last season, midfielder Kieran Gibbs was at Norwich, midfielder Fran Merida Perez at Sociedad, and striker Jay Simpson at Millwall.

And, Arsenal also bring 16-year-old midfielder, Jack Wilshere, who has been on the bench for their two Premier League games this season. He starred in the club's Emirates Cup tournament during the summer, and is listed as a first-team squad member on their website.

Another midfielder, Henri Lansbury, made his Gunners first-team debut away to Sheffield United in the Carling Cup last season.

Also in the squad is Lancing lad, striker Rhys Murphy, and defender Gavin Hoyte, whose older brother, Justin, recently moved to Middlesborough from Arsenal for £3 million.

Speculation mounted this morning that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger would be at the game. Click here for more.

The full squad is Wojciech Szczesny (gk), Paul Rodgers, Kieran Gibbs, Mark Randall, Gavin Hoyte, Kyle Bartley, Jack Wilshere, Fran Merida Perez, Jay Simpson, Rui Fonte, Henri Lansbury, James Dunne, James Shea (gk), Abu Ogogo, Rene Steer, Jay Thomas, Rhys Murphy, Sanchez Watt.

Arsenal's managers are Steve Bould, who made more than 350 appearances in defence for the club, and Neil Banford.
