CALLING all young princesses – you could lead the procession at Worthing Rotary Carnival in August.
The procession takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 25.

The search is open to all Worthing girls aged eight to 12.

The lucky winner will not only get to ride in an open-top car during the procession, she will also get presented with a photograph of herself in a silver frame and will help the mayor, Christine Brown, with prize-giving on the day.

The winner must be accompanied by a female chaperone at all times.

To enter, please fill in the entry form printed in the Thursday, July 17 edition of the Worthing Herald and again on Thursday, July 24, and send it, along with a colour photograph, to Kirsty Hanlon, Worthing Herald, Cannon House, Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1NA.

Closing date for entries is noon on July 29.

Voting will be launched on July 31 and the closing date for votes will be August 12.
