Driver dies in Lancing collision

A DRIVER has died following a collision in Lancing.
A Honda Jazz car and a Royal Mail van collided in Western Road shortly after 2.30pm this afternoon (Thursday, August 8).

The driver of the van was taken to Worthing Hospital and treated for minor injuries and shock. The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Honda has not yet been formally identified, but it is believed he is a local man.

Any witnesses to the incident are asked to call the Road Policing Unit on 0845 6070999.
