LOCAL celebrity Des Lynam will help celebrate National Grandparents' Day at an East Preston care home.
Green Willow Residential Care Home, in Vicarage Lane, will be hosting an open day on Sunday, October 5, when the star guest will be joined by magician Dean Nicholas and Boundstone Junior Band.

There will also be a hog roast, face painting and aromatherapy and manicure tasters.

The fun kicks off at 2pm.
