ARUNDEL'S annual blessing of the animals will take place on October 4.
In aid of World Horse Welfare, the event usually draws crowds from across the country, to have their pets blessed at Arundel Cathedral.

The Rev David Clifton will speak, and the service will be led by canon Tim Madeley. There will also be performances by St Philip's School Choir and Gloria Macari.

Wendy Eve, mayor of Arundel, Alan Gammon, Littlehampton's mayor, and Worthing mayor Christine Brown will also be in attendance.
The service will start at 2.30pm.
