IF your bus is half an hour late, what do you do, get quickly on the bus, or rant and rave at the driver, demanding that he takes you free because you've been waiting ages?
It happened last week on the bus I was travelling on.

We were all delayed for half an hour, not just this crazy lunatic, and all he achieved by his ranting and raving was delaying the bus for another five minutes!

I could feel my blood pressure rising as this twit kept on and on at the driver – who was held up because of long traffic queues in Brighton – hardly his fault.

I was so angry at him... I've now experienced bus rage!
