I wonder how many of you are sick and tired of companies charging you "extras" with little you can do about it.
The one thing which really gets my goat are travel companies and on-line companies who charge you extra for using credit/debit cards.
They know it makes the public angry, but still they do it.
BT with their premium lines which cost a fortune and mobile phone companies who charge astronomicaal sums for things outside the contract get my goat, too.
A fit-for-purpose government should legislate and bring them all to heel.
