THREE members of Steyning and Henfield Rotary Club got in the swing of things to celebrate raising more than £1,000 for charity.
Martin Leigh-Pollitt, Charles Beamish and David Jagger presented a cheque to Hugh Lowson, chief executive of St Barnabas House hospice, Worthing.
The Rotarians have been staunch supporters of St Barnabas since 1996, and the latest donation – raised at the club's annual golf day – took the total raised to £14,228.
Mr Lowson said: "I am truly humbled by the incredible support we receive from Steyning and Henfield Rotary Club and very grateful for the long and fruitful relationship we have with them.
"Without the loyalty and generosity we receive from organisations like the Rotary, we would not be able to provide the vital care our patients and their families need at a difficult time in their lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
