Worthing Ladies FC excells

On Sunday I attended the first Worthing Ladies Football Team home match at the Woodside Road Ground where they notched up a decisive win against Burgess Hill Ladies.

The 6-0 score included, to quote their manager/coach Andy Boling, “one of the finest hat-tricks I’ve seen”.

That was my opinion and most of those attending.

The Worthing Ladies play in the South East Counties Women’s Football League Division One West, and all future games will be held on Sundays, kick-off 3pm.

They will also compete in cup games, details of which are still to be announced. They deserve our support.
