A question, if there is anyone sensible to answer – why, with these private car park companies, e.g. at Shoreham Airport, do they have disabled parking bays and signs about displaying disabled badges hidden away from sight?
There is, apparently, a notice saying that the disabled are not exempt from parking charges. If so, why do they have disabled bays and, without being as tricky as they are, why at least don’t they have signs at the disabled bays stating clearly that disabled people have to pay?
I am already disputing a parking fine I received because I had parked in such a bay but could never in a month of Sundays see anywhere a notice saying the disabled are not exempt.
I am happy to go to court over this, if needs be. See you there.
