Have your say

The Hilton family would like to send a huge thank-you to all the wonderful people who have supported Charlie’s ‘Italian Job’.

Through the pages of this paper and in so many ways, the message about Charlie’s ‘dream trip’ went far and wide.

We have had such a huge response it has been overwhelming and very emotional.

The Walk for Charlie went very well, there must have been more than 200 people turn up and after an initial heavy shower, the sun shone throughout the walk.

Everyone loved all the costumes that took part, especially the Dalek. So far, the money raised from the walk is over £1,600 and still coming in.

Then, on Wednesday, October 15, a quiz night was held at Adur Civic Centre in Shoreham, again with wonderful support.

It was a truly great night, enjoyed by all who attended, and the final amount raised was a magnificent £2,000.

An immense amount of hard work went into these events and our thanks to all the people involved.

Words cannot fully describe our gratitude for the wonderful love and support that has poured out for Charlie. So, thank you to each everyone of you who got involved. God bless you all.
