SHOREHAM pie queen Camilla Stephens, founder of Higgidy, has launched her first cookbook.
Camilla and her husband James Foottit, who live in Shoreham with their children Kate, six, and Jack, four, set up the award-winning Dolphin Road company in 2003.
The Higgidy Cookbook, published today, is Camilla’s first book, featuring 100 recipes for pies, quiches, tarts and puddings.
She reveals the secrets of her award-winning pies and shares hints and tips, including how to make the perfect pastry.
The family-run business has become one of the fastest- growing small companies in the UK, producing more than 190,000 pies, quiches and slices every week, and Camilla is the chief pie-maker.
All Higgidy pies are individually shaped and hand-finished.
