Pupils at a school near Chichester were in Paris when a series of terror attacks hit the French capital last night (Friday, November 13).

Students and staff from Lavant House School left at 7am on Friday morning for the three-day trip. Later that day, gunmen and suicide bombers killed at least 128 people in the city.

The sister of a teacher on the trip took to Twitter to say everybody from the school was safe and well.

They are due to return to the UK at 10:30pm tomorrow night (Sunday, November 15).
