Madness to ignore no smoking signs
On a recent visit to Worthing Hospital, there are these 'Smoke Free Zone' signs around the grounds of the hospital.
So why are people still smoking outside the entrance, and some patients sitting in wheelchairs with drips attached to them puffing away?

Hide AdTo me this is madness and they would carry the smell of smoke back to the wards.
The area near to the main entrance smells of smoke and the floor is littered with cigarette ends.
How is this allowed to happen when there are so many 'Smoke Free Zone' signs on display which clearly some people are ignoring.
And what about health and safety issues?
