LETTER: Has there been change in policy?
I always understood that when Lifestyle Ford wanted to extend their premises in the Bishopric they were refused permission to demolish the two cottages adjoining their showroom.
However, it appears that John Lewis can demolish what they want without any problem. Perhaps someone could explain the change of policy.
