Wedding guests take the plunge in Shoreham

The residents of Victoria Road, Shoreham, and assorted friends, family and hangers-on at the fourth annual Penguin Plunge

Two Shoreham couples took their vows on New Year’s Eve – then invited their wedding guests to take the plunge on New Year’s Day.

The group was part of the fourth annual Penguin Plunge into the waters off Shoreham.

In what looked to be the biggest Penguin Plunge so far, the residents of Victoria Road, Shoreham, and assorted friends, family and hangers-on ran into the freezing sea at midday on New Year’s Day.
